Night time action captured on 'Skyfall' set at Hankley Common (spoilers)

23-Mar-2012 • Skyfall

A raft of reports and photos have already emerged that document the "Skyfall" crew's time on location in Hankley. A Scottish manor house that is named Skyfall and has ties to Bond's heritage was replicated on Ministry of Defence land.

Now, bloggers at Bond23.net have pictures and rumours from the set.

The photos depict a night shoot wherein the building is on fire and bright white spotlights illuminate the outside. Actors are seen in front of the building as flames gorge the inside.

Bond23.net also make mention of a sequence filmed earlier in the week that saw one of the helicopters that have been on location plummet into the Skyfall lodge. A mocked up model of the chopper was suspended from a crane to achieve the effect. It was said that Bond takes down the chopper.
