Fan's montage proves more popular than Oscar tribute

The mission: Compile a montage of clips from 23 films over 50 years in to a three to four minute package that will engage the audience whilst paying tribute to the longest running movie franchise. The result? The Academy Awards produced a desperately uninspired effort according to fans and critics alike.

Showing them perhaps how it should have been done, a fan has produced the following tribute segment which has garnered a lot more support than the Oscars telecast.
