Screenwriter John Logan says Bond 24 starts shooting in October

07-May-2014 • Spectre (2015)

The American scriptwriter who co-wrote the successful "Skyfall" and is writing Bond 24 solo has recently revealed that shooting on the 24th 007 adventure will commence October this year.

This gels with the news that emerged in February when current "M", Ralph Fiennes speculated that the new Bond film will start shooting in October, but he had yet to read the script. This news was jilted by the surprisingly accurate rumour merchant at the Daily Mail, who suggested Bond 24 would shoot in November, a month later than initially expected.

The "Skyfall" cast and crew hosted their traditional kick-off press conference in early November 2011, 11 months before cinematic release.

The latest news comes from Latino Review who were tweeting live this morning from the press screening of Timothy Dalton's new TV drama Penny Dreadful, created by the Bond writer John Logan.

Bond 24 will be released on 23rd October 2015 in the UK.
