Casino Royale DVD set for largest India-wide release ever

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced the launch of the latest Bond film Casino Royale on DVD on 20 March.
The launch also marks the first simultaneous India-wide release of an international DVD title. It will be released in four languages, English, Hindi, Tamil and Telegu and is expected to be the biggest ever Hollywood DVD surpassing the Da Vinci Code.

The special edition will consist of a two-disc box-set containing the film Casino Royale, plus a free DVD loaded with extras. Spanning exotic locales, tantalizing women, high-octane battles and nail-biting tension, the film brings the excitement and tension of the Bond experience right into the living room - reports Indian Television.

The additional disc contains a documentary on the unforgettable Bond girls through history, narrated by the infamous and beautiful ladies themselves. It also houses well over two-hours of special features, which include deleted scenes, featurettes, and even the making of the Casino Royale adventure, informs an official release.

With the film having already earned over Rs 450 million in Indian box office, it is all set to put the home entertainment market ablaze with its mass of additional features.
