Fleming had just released his fifth James
Bond adventure 'From Russia With Love', leaving readers
believing 007's fate was sealed by a poison tipped shoe by
Rosa Klebb.
More than fifty years along, 007 is still alive and kicking,

response, teasing the return of James Bond being fit for duty
in 'Dr No':
