Rumours surround Aston Martin DB5 in 'Skyfall' (update)

SPOILERS
MI6 was first to report that James Bond's classic Aston Martin DB5 would be returning in the new film "Skyfall" and would be key to the action later in the film.

Today, tip site Bond23.net has rounded up rumours that the car may not survive the adventure.

According to tweets from those watching the filming at Hankley Common in Surrey, the famous car was being prepped for explosions.

Earlier tipsters had alerted the site that lookalike burned out DB5 shells were being prepared.

Twitter user @Adam_Baranowski snapped this shot of the aftermath from last night's filming, and a stand-in for the Aston Martin DB5 can be seen in the wreckage.
