Excel releases `Quantum` on DVD and Blu-Ray in India

The latest james Bond adventure, Quantum of Solace, releases in India on DVD and Blu-Ray and is slated to be one of the biggest releases from Excel Home Videos this year.

With 22 films to date, James Bond is the longest running and most successful film franchise in motion film history. Quantum of Solace, is already the second-highest grossing Bond film of all time worldwide with a worldwide gross of over 550 million dollars. The movie also features in the top ten most successful films of 2008.

The film releases in 4 SKUs. A 2-Disc Limited Edition DVD . 1-Disc Plug and Play DVD helping DVD challenged users play the DVD without help. Both the SKUs contain the feature in 3 additional languages besides English; Hindi, Tamil and Telugu and all in 5.1 audio. The 3rd SKU is targeted at the mass Hindi audience which is also a plug and play DVD and is priced at Rs. 149. The final SKU is the Blu-Ray.

Bonus feature in the 2-Disc limited edition includes: Bond On Location, Start Of Shooting, On Location, Olga Kurylenko And The Boat Chase, Director Marc Forster, The Music. The language options include English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
