Virgin Atlantic to fly 007 again in 'Skyfall'

19-Nov-2011 • Skyfall

Virgin Atlantic will be once again flying James Bond around the globe in the new film "Skyfall" thanks to a new deal inked between the studio and the airline tycoon Sir Richard Branson.

Branson is a long-time Bond fan and even secured a cameo role in Daniel Craig's first outing "Casino Royale" after supplying transport and a lucrative product placement deal. Bitter rivals British Airways even went as far as to edit Branson out of their in-flight version of the movie.

The Sun also reports that director Sam Mendes "will pay homage to the Indiana Jones rope bridge battles. 007 will have it out with a villain on a rickety affair like in Temple Of Doom."
