Daniel Craig's return for Bond 25 is a 'done deal' according to New York Times

25-Jul-2017 • No Time To Die

Following today's earlier official announcement of the Bond 25 release date by EON and MGM, the New York Times has splashed an exclusive to answer the question everyone was asking: 'Will Daniel Craig be back?'

"Daniel Craig will play James Bond in at least one more film, which will be released in November 2019," confirmed the paper.

"Mr. Craig’s return is a done deal, according to two people briefed on the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to avoid conflicts with Eon and MGM," claimed the report.

The usually-accurate NYT did make one goof in the piece, misstating that the next film will be the 25th in the series 'including' the rogue outing 'Never Say Never Again.' That is not true. It is Bond '25' by only counting official EON Productions films.
