The opening time and date of the competition is Thursday 19th February 2004 at 12:00, and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is Friday 19th March 2004 at 12:00. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

2. Restrictions
This competition is open to residents of the U.K. and the Republic of Ireland aged thirteen (13) and over only. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of “Electronic Arts” (“EA”) are not eligible to enter.

Entry to the competition is via the form on the competition page of the website only.

3. Rules to participate
No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this competition. Answer the question and complete the necessary details on this webpage and press the Submit button and you will be entered into the prize draw. Among the correct answers three (3) winners will be chosen by MI6, one (1) for the main prize, two (2) for the runners-up. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.

4. Prize(s)
The main prize is one (1) Nintendo Game Boy Advance Boy SP with one (1) copy of the James Bond Everything or Nothing game.

Two (2) second prize winners will receive one (1) copy of the James Bond Everything or Nothing game on Nintendo Game Boy Advance.

There are no cash alternatives to these prizes. They are as stated and are non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Electronic Arts, Electronic Arts is unable to provide the stated prizes, Electronic Arts reserves the right to award substitute prizes of equal value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

5. Results
Winners will be contacted by email from mi6-hq.com.

If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by Electronic Arts, Electronic Arts will be entitles to select an alternative winner from among the entrants.

A full list of who won will be available for four (4) weeks following the day of the selection of winners. This list can be obtained by writing to MI6 Promotions.

Any entry, which is damaged, corrupted, defaced, late, incomplete or otherwise does not comply with these rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Electronic Arts. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery. Electronic Arts cannot be held responsible for lost entries.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of EA shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into. If proof of age is requested, the prize shall not be dispatched unless proof of age is received and if satisfactory proof of age is not received, the Promoter reserves the rights to choose another winner.

Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.

By entering this competition players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.
