Bruce Feirstein On The Next 007 Game & Bond 21
24th April 2003

Bruce Feirstein was named as the writer of the next James Bond game by Electronic Arts earlier this week. Feirstein commented on his role in the next game and his thoughts on Bond 21 via a statement from his PA to MI6...

"I am flattered that Electronic Arts and Danjaq have asked me to write the dialogue for the next James Bond video game."

"Electronic Arts and Danjaq have come up with a terrific story, along with cutting edge graphics and game play that I'm certain will entertain, intrigue, and amaze not only fans of James Bond, but all game players.

"I consider myself very lucky to work with the incredible team at Electronic Arts, and, as always, Danjaq."

Whilst there is no confirmation on the release date of the next game, a sneak preview will feature on the region 1 "Die Another Day" Special Edition DVD.

"In the meantime, like all Bond fans, I look forward to Bond 21 - which I'm certain will have another terrific script from Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, along with an ever-more-interesting and authoritative performance from Pierce, and the kind production values and casting that have become the hallmark of Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli."

"Thanks to all of them, we can all take heart that 'James Bond will Return.'"
