Bond fans outside of Germany may be unaware of a series of commercials Pierce Brosnan filmed for Ferrero Rocher in 2001

Back in 2001, Pierce Brosnan took over from Richard Gere as the face of Ferrero Rocher in their television commercials.
Four mini-adventures show Brosnan in typical Bond situations - speeding boats, stylish cars, exotic landscapes, spying and gambling. All of the typical 007 style is in abundance, although this time Pierce was dubbed by a German actor for those smooth tones that are designed to melt the consumer, as well as the chocolate.
The TV spots were created by the Heye & Partner agency and filmed by Mark film."Chocolat" French film star Juliette Binoche has now taken over the commercials in a huge $6.5 EUR campaign.
