History

Although available during the re-release of the "Special Edition" titles back in November 2002, the box sets were quickly pulled from shelves when "The Living Daylights" distribution rights issue prompted recall.

The 2003 updated edition of the James Bond "Monster Box Set" included "The Living Daylights" and "Die Another Day".

The contents of the DVD discs will be identical to previous 007:SE releases, with special features totaling more than 85 hours.

The last release on 14th November 2005 is under the new badge of Sony Picture Home Entertainment, following the takeover of MGM earlier in the year.
