Carta Mundi provided chips for 'Skyfall' casino scene

30-Jun-2012 • Skyfall

In a Belgian press release, the playing card company, confirmed it had provided 007 with the chips used on set of the latest James Bond adventure, "Skyfall".

Carta Mundi has been successful licensed partner of Bond for years and in 2006 delivered the cards and chips for the highly successful movie "Casino Royale". When the company was asked a second time to work on the new project, Cartamundi was eager to help.

"We are proud that we as a Belgian company may contribute to the success of the world famous Bond films. We are convinced that the image of Carta Mundi, and playing cards in general, will thus strengthened. Poker has still a lot of success worldwide, and we believe this will be further boosted by the new Bond movie "Skyfall" says CEO Chris Van Doorslaer.

Starting from September, Carta Mundi will bring an exclusive range of "Skyfall" playing cards and poker sets on the market.
