Honda auction 'Skyfall' motorcycle for Children In Need charity

17-Nov-2012 • Collecting

Honda’s CRF250R Skyfall motorbike as ridden by James Bond in the latest Bond adventure is now up for auction in the UK to raise money for Children In Need.

Honda has generously donated one of the motorbikes ridden by James Bond (Daniel Craig) in the thrilling opening chase sequence of new Bond film, "Skyfall".

Honda’s CRF250R motorcycle proved to be the machine of choice by the 007 film’s action vehicles and stunt crew team, for the opening scene filmed Istanbul and Adana, Turkey, earlier this year.

This motorcycle up for auction is the actual machine, in Turkish ‘street merchant’ guise, which Bond (Daniel Craig) uses to pursue henchman, Patrice (Ola Rapace), in the opening scenes of the Skyfall blockbuster film.

Every penny raised by the auction will go towards making a positive difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK.

At the time of writing, the current bid was over £75,000 with 5 days of the auction left.
