Alexandra Burke's cover of 'Live And Let Die' released online

15-Jan-2013 • Bond News

Alexandra Burke has released her cover of the James Bond theme "Live and Let Die" online. This version has been used on the American version of The X Factor talent show as the judges' entrance music.

She explained: "It's always been one of the best Bond themes ever, and what a great time to re-record this as we celebrate 50 years of Bond."

Originally recorded by Paul McCartney & Wings for the 1973 film, it has been frequently covered by artists, most famously by Guns N' Roses in 1991.

Burke's cover was produced by Richard "Biff" Stannard, who has previously worked with the Spice Girls and Little Mix.
