GoldenEye: Rogue Agent suffers European release date slippage - here we go again

23-Sep-2004 • Gaming

James Bond videogame studio EA Games have a licence to thrill in the 007 universe, but recent titles have suffered prolonged delays. The latest title "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent" - a spin-off from the original 1997 GoldenEye N64 game - is facing a similar fate.

EA Games UK have officially set back the release date of "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent" from 17th November 2004 to 3rd December 2004.

German gamers can also expect delays with the release date slipped back to 2nd December 2004. Official confirmation of a delay in France is yet to be made, but is expected to be the same as Germany.

US release dates are currently (officially) on track for shipping on 15th November 2004, but as the last game "Everything or Nothing" proved, don't hold your breath for an on-time release.

Thanks to `Auric` for the alert.
