Two Ice Palace girls given the cold shoulder by producers

In an update to MI6`s feature on the Ice Palace girls earlier in the week, news has to come light as to why two of the ten models could not be confirmed as having screen time.

The Daily Record has reported that Catherine McQueen and Eileen Catterson have been axed from the final cut of "Die Another Day":

Although Eileen had kept quiet about her part as an extra, Catherine had been crowing about filming her scenes for months.

The Bond-girl tag had boosted her profile. And the Edinburgh-born model and TV host had boasted: "I`ve wanted to be a Bond girl since I was little, so it`s a dream come true."

Yesterday, her agent tried to play down her involvement. He said: "She was just an extra. She was never going to be in the film."

Our sources have yet to confirm whether the remaining eight Ice Palace girls have survived the editing process.
