`From Russia With Love` flops in UK games charts, worse performance than GRA

The latest James Bond videogame, From Russia With Love by Electronic Arts, has flopped in the UK games sales charts, only just scraping in to the top 20 all formats ranking.

Despite starring Sir Sean Connery in the title role, luke warm reviews from the press seems to have had an impact. The game entered the charts at #19, climbing in its second week to #16, then falling to #19 and #20 over the last two weeks.

Compared to the previous Bond outing "Everything or Nothing" which went straight in at #1 and stayed there for a whole month with the assistance of a massive PR campaign, the chart performance of "From Russia With Love" is one of the worst in recent years. Even the critically panned "GoldenEye: Rogue Agent" managed to reach #11 in its first week of release in November last year.
