Casino Royale `lensed` today - Monday 30th January 2006

The forthcoming James Bond film Casino Royale "lensed" today (Monday 30th January 2006) after production had started on Friday 27th January in Prague.

The top Bond brass are all in the Czech Republic for the kick off - producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, director Martin Campbell, editor Stuart Baird, cinematographer Phil Meheux, production designer Peter Lamont, costumer designer Lindy Hemming and executive producer Anthony Waye all present, but no Bond girl - fuelling rumours that the casting for the part is still be be finalised.

Casino Royale production will move from Prague on February 16th to the Bahamas, and will then move on to Italy, return to the Czech Republic and then finally shift to Pinewood Studios in England for two weeks with principal photography scheduled to wrap in July.
