Eva Green linked to Vesper Lynd role for Casino Royale

13-Feb-2006 • Casino Royale

MEDIA RUMOUR
French actress Eva Green is the latest name to be linked to the vacant role of Vesper Lynd for the forthcoming James Bond film Casino Royale.

Shooting has started in Prague with Daniel Craig as the new 007 - but without a lead actress yet.

The News Of The World reported on Sunday that Eva Green is now the front-runner to land the role.

The 25 year-old actress is best known for her role as Sibylla in the 2005 blockbuster "Kingdom of Heaven". Recently she turned down a role in Brian De Palma's "The Black Dahlia" (2006) with Josh Hartnett and Scarlett Johansson.
