Producers show first rough-cut of DAD to select audience

15-Jul-2002 • Die Another Day

The Ian Fleming Organisation today announced that the producers of Die Another Day - Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli - viewed the first rough-cut of the film.

Other key executives from MGM and distributers 20th Century Fox joined the exclusive group at the Odeon cinema in Leicester Square, London.

The film that was shown will have been a very quick cut of the movie, with little special effects of post production work complete. Also missing from the print will be the soundtrack composed by David Arnold.

Principle photography on Die Another Day completed earlier this week, so this was the first opportunity the producers have had to view a rough version of the film now that all material is "in the can".

Die Another day now has four months of post-production and marketing before going on general release in the UK on November 20th 2002.
