China looks forward to early opening of `Quantum of Solace`

The 22nd James Bond movie, 'Quantum of Solace' will make its Chinese debut on November 5, whilst audiences in North America have to wait until November 14 to enjoy 007's new adventure - reports China.org.cn.

The movie will hit Chinese theatres two days earlier than planned as distributors want to avoid fierce competition during the so-called 'New Year Session', a traditionally busy period during which many new movies are released and audiences crowd to theaters.

The 21st movie of '007' series, 'Casino Royale', grossed 120 million yuan in China, despite premature criticism of actor Daniel Craig's suitability for the role.

Industry insiders expect the latest '007' movie to be another box office hit in China.
