The car features in the latest release Quantum of Solace, Daniel Craig's second outing as 007.
Its 6-litre V12 engine produces 510bhp. It has a maximum speed of almost 200mph and can accelerate from 0-62mph in 4.3 seconds.
As well as Car of the Year, the Aston Martin also came first in the supercars category with 42% of the vote.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 was second with 29%, and the Maserati Gran Turismo third with 15%.
Other categories included sports cars, won by the Mitsubishi Evo X, luxury cars, topped by the Jaguar XF, and family cars, led by the Audi A4.
Over 10,000 viewers of digital TV channel Dave participated in the poll.
