'Carte Blanche' lands at #5 in New York Times best-seller list

'Carte Blanche', the new James Bond continuation novel from thriller writer Jeffery Deaver, has landed at #5 in the New York Times best-sellers list for Hardcover Fiction in its debut week on sale in the USA.

All of the top five are new entries except for "State of Wonder", which holds on to its #3 position from its entry on to the chart last week.
