'Skyfall' to shoot scenes on location in Canary Wharf, London

23-Nov-2011 • Skyfall

The 23rd James Bond film, "Skyfall", will shoot on location in Canary Wharf, London.

According to wharf.co.uk, scenes will be filmed at The Four Seasons Hotel in Westferry Circus.

The hotel refused to comment, but the site has learned that "shooting will take place over the next few weeks".

EON Productions also refused to confirm the shooting. A spokeswoman said: "We would not usually say which locations we are using anyway. However, shooting began on the 007 stage at Pinewood on November 7."

The Docklands were last used by 007 in "The World Is Not Enough", as part of the pre-title boat chase sequence.

A previously rumoured shooting location was the London office building of law-firm Pinsent Mason.

"Skyfall" has already filmed on location in Whitehall, Smithfields market and Trafalgar Square.
