Rami Malek squirms when asked about James Bond 25 villain rumours

10-Jan-2019 • No Time To Die

Last week, 'Mr. Robot' star Rami Malek responded to rumours that he was being considered for the villain role in Bond 25. "We’ll have to see about that," he said. "it would be nice to play a villain, that would be another dream role for me,’ he replied. I’ve got to play so many great ones so far so who knows. I’m keeping tight-lipped."

Fresh from his Golden Globes win for Best Actor in 'Bohemian Rhapsody,' Malek appeared on the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' and was also quizzed (this time on camera) about the rumours.

Kimmel: "I read somewhere that you are going to be the villain in the next James Bond movie. True or false?"

Malek: "Wow. If I told you that, I'd have to tell you so many other things like the ending of the fourth season of Mr. Robot. I have no idea. That's online? Yeah, who knows about that? I'm not saying... Did I say anything?"

Kimmel: "I always thought you were a great actor until just now."
