"Die Another Day" script writers Neal Purvis
and Robert Wade on set in Cadiz, Spain.

Has bad weather over the first few days caused you to make any adjustments to the script?

Neal Purvis: No, we have not had to make any changes.

Rob Wade: It hasn't made that much difference to the schedule, over the last couple of days the filming has gone very well.

Neal Purvis: In addition, we have filmed when it has started to rain.

The first days, in spite of rain, what scenes of action were filmed in the Castle of San Sebastin?

Neal Purvis: What we filmed was with the helicopter, as they are action scenes, they are possible to be shot very fast, in only seconds, and if the action is very fast you will not notice the rain in the scenes.

Could you tell us something about the scene that will be filmed on the roof of the Tower of the Shrine?

Rob Wade: This is one of the most important scenes, because it has a lot of dialogue. Now that the bad weather has left and the sun and has come out, it is perfect for a dialogue scene.

Why choose this location and what does it contribute to the film?

Neal Purvis: It has magnificent views of the city. It is the tile roof of the tobacco factory owned by Raul (Emilio Echevarra), and for that reason in this scene he appears talking to Bond.

Filming will last until June. Have you definitively closed the script of "Die Another Day", or has it been left it open for changes?

Neal Purvis: Yes, yes, is is definitely closed.

There was talk of using a sandy beach of the province of Cadiz for shooting the final scene?

Robert Wade: No, we have changed our opinion, it will no longer will be filmed.

How has location of Cadiz been for filming?

Both: Very well. It has been very easy to film here.
