Roger Deakins, best known
for his work
on
the
films
of the Coen
brothers and Sam Mendes, has shot over 50 features on film. But
now, the 23rd James Bond film will be the first 007 adventure
captured completely on digital with the new Arri Alexa cameras.
Deakins appeared at the 2012 International Broadcasters Convention
in
Amsterdam to discuss his work with the groundbreaking camera on "Skyfall",
how to affected the production, his views on projection, and the
IMAX
process.
