Bond: No.

Leiter: Regimes change once a week down here, Medrano is no dirtier than the next guy.

Leiter: Including you, buddy.

Bond: Take a breath, you've got one shot, make it count.

Medrano: My country is not some fly-speck in the middle of the Caribbean.

Leiter: [to Bond] I heard a rumour you'd gone native.

M: If you could avoid killing every possible lead, it would be deeply appreciated.

Mathis: Would you like a sleeping pill? Pain pill? I have pills for everything.

Leiter: What can I tell you? There's no such thing as a free lunch.

M: When someone says that they have people everywhere, you expect it to be hyperbole. Lots of people say that. Florists use that expression. It doesn't mean that they have people in the bloody room.

Tanner: He says it was a dead end.
M: Damn! He killed him.

Leiter: You know who Greene is and you want to put us in bed with him?
Beam: You're right, we should just deal with nice people.

Tanner: We've IDed the pictures, Gregor Karorkoff, former minister, now owns most of the mines in Siberia. Moishi Sarof, former Mossad, now Telecom giant and Guy Hanes, special envoy to the Prime Minister. There's one more thing - it appears Bond shot Hanes' bodyguard - threw him off a roof.

M: Who the hell is this organisation Bond? How can they be everywhere and we know nothing about them!

Bond: [to the Canadian agent] Corinne, I suggest you leave now. You contact your people, and you tell them to check their seals. They have a leak.

Camille: [observing that they are being followed] Friend of yours?
Bond: I don't have any friends.

Mathis: [after meeting Fields] I think she has handcuffs...
Bond: You hope so!

Greene: Did you know El Montes?
Medrano: A very powerful man in his day. He had a beautiful Russian wife.
Greene: His daughter works for me… or, did.
Medrano: She's lovely. But I don't see the resemblance.
Greene: Why don't you consider her something to sweeten the deal? Just promise me to drop her over the side when you're done.

Bond: [tossing Greene a can of oil] I'd give it 10 miles before you consider drinking that.

Fields: If you attempt to flee I will arrest you, drop you off at the jail and take you to the plane in chains, understand?

Greene: My friends call me Dominic.
Bond: I'm sure they do.

Bond: I'm motivated by my duty.

Bond: In a few minutes you are going to get a phone call; would you mind telling them I've gone to Cairo.

M: It'd be a pretty cold bastard who didn't want revenge for someone he loved.

Bond: [checking Fields into a five star hotel] Hello, we're teachers on sabbatical and we've just won the lottery.

Mathis: What is he drinking?
Barman: Three measures of Gordons, one of Vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet - which is not vermouth - shaken well over ice and garnished with a thin, long slice of lemon peal. Six of them.
Bond: They're good, you should try one.

Bond: This man and I have some unfinished business.

Greene: [to Medrano] If the current president had not been so defiant then I would not be dealing with you. So if you do not sign, you will wake up with your balls in your mouth and your replacement standing over you. If you doubt that, shoot me, take that money and have a good night.

Fields: My name's Fields and I'm from the Consulate.
Bond: Of course you are.

Greene: You two do make the perfect couple, you are, what's the expression, damaged goods!

[last lines]
M: Bond, I need you back.
Bond: I never left.
