Bond's cell phone has been converted into a personal grappling hook, which can help you get to hard-to-reach locations.

Use

The grappling hook can only be fired upon suitable surfaces, often a metal grate which can be seen in most missions. The ultrastrong wire can hold and lift Bond into locations that can't usually be accessed by foot.
