After a tackle with James Bond, not only humans hate injections.
Use
Bond borrowed Holly Goodhead's standard CIA issue; a gold pen
concealing a poison filled syringe. At Drax's shuttle launching
facility in the Amazon, Bond was thrown into a pond containing
a Boa Constrictor, after a brief struggle Bond gained the upper
hand, by injecting the ghastly creature with the poison.
Specs
A gold click pen, that when clicked a certain way retracts a
needle. The poison was a highly concentrated Cyanide liquid, that
could be injected by holding down the button.
