Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux and director Cary Fukunaga arrived in Matera, Italy on Monday morning, and after a brief photoshoot overlooking the historic town, got straight down to business. For the first time, Craig was spotted driving the Aston Martin DB5 around town under the watch of Fukunaga, as up until now all of the 'No Time To Die' action had been captured with stunt doubles by the second unit.

On Tuesday, Craig was seen in full make-up and fake blood filming around the specially constructed hotel balcony in Matera. Intriguingly, more shots of the DB5 were captured using doubles leaving from a tunnel, also built for the film.

Meanwhile, a second unit was busy preparing the town of Sapri for shooting this week along the stunning southwest Italian coastline along SS18 Tirrena Inferiore to Acquafredda. Joining the replica Aston Marting DB5 was the 1987 Aston Martin Vantage from 'The Living Daylights' that was previously seen filming in Norway at the beginning of the schedule. A helicopter camera was also on location. The Spiaggia Di Mezzanotte ('Midnight Beach') has been closed from public access on September 10th and 11th.
